Extended listing terms

Terms of the Atalaya Balear extended listing: plans, prices, card payment, invoice, renewal, cancellation, content and what never changes.

Terms with payment, version ampliada-pago-v1-2026-10. These are the terms you accept when you subscribe from My listing.

Who provides the service

Teix Web Studio, S.L., tax ID (CIF) B56972920, based in Palma (Illes Balears), which runs Atalaya Balear. Full details are in the legal notice. Contact: hola@teixweb.com.

What is free and what is paid

Claiming the listing, completing details, languages, services and opening hours, the check of your website and the chance to earn the Atalaya Seal are free and will stay free. The extended listing adds, on top of that, what is explained on the What an extended listing is page.

  • Extended: €9 a month or €90 a year. Your own photos, a highlighted booking or WhatsApp button, opening hours with exceptions and services with a short explanation.
  • Complete: €12 a month or €120 a year. All of the above, plus the description translated into German and English by a person and monthly statistics for your listing.

Prices exclude VAT (21%). The yearly payment equals ten months. The invoice is issued to the business that owns the listing.

Who can take it

Only the owner of a verified listing who has already claimed it. We invoice the owning business, not an intermediary agency.

What never changes

  • The order of the lists follows the public rule: an extended listing does not move up.
  • The Atalaya Seal is awarded on the same criteria for everyone and cannot be bought.
  • There are no reviews or ratings.
  • Everything paid for is labelled ‘Extended listing’ on the listing.

Term, renewal and cancellation

  • No minimum term. The monthly plan renews automatically every month and the yearly plan every year, at the same price, charged to the card you give when subscribing.
  • Before the yearly plan renews we email you 30 days in advance.
  • You can cancel whenever you like from My listing, with ‘Manage payment and cancellation’, or by writing to us. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for: until then your extended listing stays the same and nothing more is charged.
  • If a payment fails, we let you know and you have 7 days to fix it; after that the listing goes back to the free version. Nothing basic is deleted.
  • If the price changes, we tell you 60 days in advance and you can cancel without penalty.

Payment and invoice

  • You pay by card on the secure page of Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
  • 21% Spanish VAT is added to the price. For now we only take online subscriptions from businesses and professionals with a tax address in Spain, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. If that is not your case, write to us.
  • Every payment comes with an invoice from Teix Web Studio, S.L. to the business that owns the listing, with the tax ID and address you give when paying. We issue it with our invoicing software (Holded).

Withdrawal and refunds

The extended listing is taken for your professional activity: it is a business-to-business contract, so the 14-day consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Even so, if you ask within the first 14 days, we refund the full amount.

How to subscribe

  1. In My listing, choose the plan and period, confirm that you are subscribing for your business or professional activity and that you accept these terms, and press ‘Subscribe and pay’.
  2. On Stripe’s page you see the price including VAT and can check and correct your details and card details before paying.
  3. Once you pay, Stripe emails you the receipt and you see the active plan in My listing. We keep the version of these terms you accepted and the date.

You can subscribe in Spanish, German or English. These terms are published on this page and you can save or print them.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Palma.

When the plan ends

Photos and extra text stop being shown at the next update of the site, which happens daily. We keep them for 30 days in case you come back, and then delete them.

The content

You supply the photos and text and confirm that you hold the rights, especially image rights. We do not publish identifiable patients or clients without their consent, before-and-after images of treatments, promises of results, promotional prices or superlatives. We review everything before publishing (our aim is 2 working days) and may remove anything that breaks these rules or the rules on healthcare advertising.

Your data

To manage the plan we process the contact and billing details of the owning business. Everything is explained in the privacy policy. Statistics are aggregated counters of visits and taps: no cookies and no data about the people who visit your listing.
